Ever since Ryan saw a keyboard at the age of six, he has wanted to play and create music. Constantly searching to find the otherworldly vibrations that transport him to different places, Ryan finds his musical influences broadly across an eclectic pallete of artists and genres. From Radiohead to Sticky Fingers, River Tiber to Chopin, Avenged Sevenfold to Miles Davis; Ryan often finds his music coated in an electronic exo-skeleton, but piercing that exterior bleeds tasteful jazz and classical influences.

January 2022 - November 2022

Producer, Mix Engineer, Recording Engineer, Session Musician.
Brisbane (Vermilion Records) – Queensland.
Working to record and produce both Vermilion label artists as well as successful Vermilion High applicants. Tracking through consoles and outboard gear, as well as in the box mixing and production.

April 2021 - Present

Session Musician.
Brisbane (Maarjn, Toby Hobart) – Queensland.
Playing keys and guitar across two separate band projects, regular gigging, and studio recording.

February 2019 - August 2019

Freelance Composer/Sound Designer/Musical Performance.
James Nash State High School – Queensland.
Composed, produced soundtrack, designed sound, and played live music alongside the actors for FUSIONS Project 2019, involving students from all 3 major Gympie high schools coming together to create theatre. Working with Brisbane-based director Zachary Boulton in a very professional environment. The project team were invited to a keynote presentation at the National Drama in Education Conference in 2020 in Brisbane.

January 2018 - August 2018

Session Musician/Songwriting.
Aspy Jones – Queensland.
Sat in as a guitarist and keyboardist in a band (Aspy Jones), co-wrote two songs, performed an existing set-list live at multiple venues, and featured in a music video.
